Refund Policy

On Reservations
Refunds on reservations cancelled 72 hours before the shipping date qualify for a 100% refund.

Refunds cancelled between 0-71 hours before the ship date, will be subject to a 25% penalty.

On Purchase
All purchases are final outside of damage that takes place during shipping. You have 24 hours from the time you receive delivery to contact Lens Rentals Canada and let us know the item arrived damaged.

Policies
Once you have received your order, please inspect your purchase carefully. Claims for damaged / missing items must be received within 24 hours of delivery.

In store returns for ON LINE SALES
Currently, only our Owen Sound Locations will accept in store returns for orders placed On Line VIA our web site www.lensrentalscanada.com

Returns will be conducted between the hours of 9:30AM to 5PM Monday to Friday.
